Ewing - Fleming County Fair

THE EWING FLEMING COUNTY FAIR IS PLANNED AND CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF STATE FUNDS.

1. NO REFUNDS

2. The Fair Board reserves the right to close any exhibit, if it be deemed to be set up or operated in any way not in the best interest of the fair.

3. Premiums will be paid by the Ewing Fleming County Fair as early as possible after the awards in the various departments have been made and checked.

4. Any premium check not cashed within sixty (60) days will be voided.

5. The Ewing Fleming County Fair will exercise every precaution to safeguard the public, exhibitors, and exhibits, but positively will not be liable for death, loss, theft, damages or injuries to persons, animals or articles.

6. The open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise stated.

7. Entries made in 4-H, FFA, and FCCLA classes must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project sponsored by these organizations. These classes are for Fleming County Only.

8. Any individual violating the above rules or creating a disturbance is subject to removal from the Fairground by police authorities.

9. All decisions of the judges are final.

10. The Ewing Fleming County Fair cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal property relating to any event.

Adults: Admission to Grounds (Includes all Rides) $8.00
Children Under 1 With Parent (Admission to Grounds) FREE
